## 硬边界

- This control ledger is not AI evidence until raw platform answers are recorded.
- It does not authorize opening browser sessions, submitting prompts to AI platforms, external posting, payments, DNS changes, official-site edits, D1/KV/Workers creation or customer outreach.
- Direct-url test success proves at most L2 direct-url reading and boundary retention.
- Do not claim search indexing, model training absorption, stable recommendation, ranking changes, customer conversion or paid publishing outcome.
